Abstract

O projeto visa a obtenção de um hidroperóxido de lipídio através de fotossensibilização, seguindo com sua inserção em uma mistura lipídica para a formação de vesículas gigantes com a finalidade de se verificar a sua ação quanto a fragilidade da membrana e/ou a formação de micro-domínios, utilizando-se da técnica de microscopia óptica de contraste de fase, fluorescência e confocal.
