The production of roses in greenhouse under fertigation is a technique widely used by growers of flowers and is expanding greatly, once restricted to the Southeast, today is widespread in all regions of the country. The nitrogen-potassium ratio to by fertigation of roses is a relevant factor in productivity parameters and quality of flowers. This study will evaluate the effect of this relationship and soil salinity on yield and quality of the flowers in the culture of rose, samourai cultivar under protected cultivation. The experiment will be conducted at the experimental site of the Department of Biosystems Engineering, School of Agriculture 'Luiz de Queiroz', Piracicaba, SP. Will be adopted in the randomized complete block design arranged as a factorial of (5 x 3 + 1) with four replications, totalizing 64 plots, the experimental unit being represented by a portion with dimensions of 0.5 x 0.5 x 2.0 m. The treatments will be formed by combining five levels of initial electrical conductivity (CEes: 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5 and 5.5 dS m-1) to be held constant throughout the cycle of the rose three nitrogen-potassium ratio (N:K) and control (1:0,5, 1:2 and 1:3) and (1:1), respectively. The irrigation system will be used for drip irrigation management by adopting a factor with a depletion of soil water of 0.6, monitored with the help of TRD probe, accompanied by tensiometers fitted with pressure transducers, and the use of these just to check. Will be evaluated productivity and qualitative parameters of the stems and buds of roses, the electrical conductivity, and concentrations of nitrate (NO3-) and potassium (K+) in soil solution will also be monitored with the aid of TDR probe, verifying the feasibility of using this equipment in the management of fertigation.
