This project approaches the intersection between the Nursing and Education institutions. We take institution as the set of rules and norms, said or not said, written or not written, which comprise society, establishing what is permitted and desirable and what is condemned and forbidden. The expression and analysis fields of this intersection of institutions are the following: the health education developed by nursing, the training of nursing teachers, the training of nursing staff, and the Permanent Health Education. The project development will be done in two steps, starting from the health education territory developed by nursing. The expected contributions are the following: the appropriation and development of the theoretical-methodological referential of the institutional analysis and research-intervention, as well as the development of knowledge that would allow a reinterpretation of the educative practices performed by nursing and its improvement towards the production of desire and singular subjectivities at work. Our general objective is to interpret the interlacing of the Education and Nursing institutions in the educative practices developed by nursing and the care/learning junction under the light of the institutional analysis and the institutionalist movement. The study will be done under the orientation of Prof. Gilles Monceau, PhD, in the Research Laboratory "School, Mutation, Learning", University of Cergy-Pontoise (UCP) - France. (AU)
