Abstract

The present study attempts to do a study the understanding of outsourcing within the public sector of the State of São Paulo, with the object of the outsourced workers cleaning industry working in state schools in the city of Marília-SP. To analyze the situation for workers, the contract will be considered official managers of the State of São Paulo. To understand the process of outsourcing the cleaning industry, we must seek the complex relationship of economic policy that the Brazilian government over the 90 years, the so-called neoliberalism, articulating with the restructuring. So you can understand which supports outsourcing, as it becomes a policy to reduce state spending.(AU)
