Abstract

The project will be developed in order to determine the correlation between the individual counting bacterial (CIB), determined by flow cytometry, and counting standard plate (CSP) obtained by two different methods: the international method ISO 4833 (72h at 30°C) and established by the MAPA (48 h at 36°C).(AU)
