Abstract

Based at the current stage of source research from the Masters "Considerations about the Brazilian Legal Education at the nineteenth Century - The historical archetype of the law student from the Largo de São Francisco College", which is to analyze the academic tests of Administrative Law answered by those students between the years of 1850 e 1870, it was noticed a whole new deals of issues about the areas History of Law, legal education and the Administrative Law itself. The research theoretical demands further horizons of legal and historical thoughts and, on that matter, the "Study Centre for the history of modern legal thought", University of Florence, Italy, is well-known about its excellency at the publish reviews, articles and works with a wide academic production exactly at the Masters problematic. The professor Bernardo Sordi, director of the Study Center and reference at the international studies about the history of Administrative Law, has a wide research about the theme and will be the supervisor of this project abroad. Therefore, there will be the possibility of specialize the bibliography and, likewise, the deeper methodological development of the dissertation and that it will be properly connected with the context of legal education of the Brazilian Administrative Law.
