Abstract

Lipases are enzymes that have received great attention in recent years, mainly due to its wide application in industry and environment. This PhD project is against the Thematic Project titled "Bio-prospection of filamentous fungi holoenzymes producers with bio refinery application potential." The culture medium optimization to grow and the selection of a good microorganism lipase producer able to realize transesterification reactions have been performed. However, the next step will be held on stage abroad (Spain) and aims at the purification of lipase from Fusarium verticillioides in a single chromatographic step and the immobilization of the same in different hydrophobic supports with different degrees of hydrophobicity such as butyl, phenyl, octyl and decaoctyl. The adsorption of these lipases on different supports and polyacrylamide gels containing the enzyme adsorbed will be analyzed by SDS-electrophoresis. Moreover, enzymes will also be tested for stability after stabilization. (AU)
