Abstract

Despite the significant growth of scientific production in the area of Special Education, the knowledge that is being produced has had little or no impact on defining the ways that educational policies for the education of children and young people with special educational needs have assumed in the country. This is partly due to the lack of coordination between researchers and their projects, resulting in reiterative and productions that end up having very little visibility. Considering the importance of the current articulation of scientific literature in the context of collaborative research networks, this proposal aims to continue the National Observatory of Special Education (Oneesp), whose focus is the production of integrated studies on policies and practices aimed at the issue of school inclusion in the Brazilian reality and focuses on the research program to roll out "rooms Multifunction Resources" (SRMs), sponsored by the Department of Special Education / MEC since 2005 has supported the creation of this service specialized educational services (AEE) . According to the MEC, between the years 2005 to 2009, 15,551 were financed for SRMs 4564 Brazilian municipalities, scattered in all states. The study's inaugural National Special Education Centre (Oneesp) focused on the deployment program "Salas Resources Multifunction" (SRMs) and MEC was proposed by 35 researchers from 18 Brazilian states, representatives of 22 universities and 16 graduate programs. The study provides networking research in municipalities with teachers of resource rooms, based on collaborative research methodology, which focuses on producing both knowledge and training. This proposal comes up for a project that aims to create continuity, application and analysis of data collected in all counties in a national study with questionnaire-type survey online to collect data on a sample of 2,500 teachers of SRMs, including teachers already on the project and a reference group, with teachers who did not attend the same in order to compare the results. The questionnaire will cover three topics of specialized educational services in SRMs: the assessment of students with special educational needs, training of specialized teachers who work in SRMs and organization of educational work in SRMs.
