Abstract

In this work it is intended to prepare and characterize nano glass-ceramics transparent through the sol-gel methodology doped with rare-earth ions and deposited as coatings by sol-gel to sensitize the emission of the ion Yb3 + in the region of 980 nm via classical luminescence processes and downconversion energy transfer to enhance the performance of silicon solar cells (AU)
