Abstract

The proposal of Integral Time School incites the return of the debate on the paper of the school in the measure that proposes alterations in what is waited from it. This school model was implemented in São Paulo during the José Geraldo Alckmin government, by the secretary of education Gabriel Chalita, through Resolution n. December 89, 2005. As a referred resolution, its central objective is to increase the time that the student should stay at the school so that their learning possibilities are enlarged, as well as their integral attendance is guaranteed not only in what it refers to the education but also in other basic needs. Based on those presuppositions, this research has as main objective to understand which is inside the paper of the school of the proposal of Integral Time School, looking for the São Paulo state. For so much, it will be used as resources of study official documents on such a project in the state and researches that approach the paper of the school and the own São Paulo politics educational in the which interferes referred its project.(AU)
