The urban space, historically, modifies itself in ocurrency of the economic, cultural, political and social factors. Since the genesis of capitalist society the transformations drives itself through a juxtaposition of the value of change to the value of use, these alterations are proportioned by accumulation chances of the capital that the city has - the value of the space defy in the same time that it becomes a product. The working class far way from a massive acquisitive power is segregated, consequently, is generated in the urban spoliation of socio-espacial inequality. This research objectives to analyze how the sports mega-events that will occurs in Brazil, namely, Brazilian World Cup in 2014 and Olympics events in 2016, accentuate the exclusionary scenario and the super valorization of the urban space, in special of São Paulo West Zone, where is constructing the new Corinthians Stadium and another constructions that are already previewed for the World Cup. The mega-events backlash the aggravation of the social question that is latent in the family remotion, and more, we have to considerate the financial speculation deriving of great capital holders that surround the realization of such events.
