Abstract

The objective of this study will be to evaluate the influence of different temperatures for volatilization of silane and Bonding Systems on the Bond Strength of adhesive interface between fiber posts, radicular dentin and resin cement. Will be selected lower incisors roots 40 cattle with similar dimensions, and separated into 4 experimental groups (n=10), according to the evaporation of silane and Bonding Systems held, 10 being used for evaluation of the Bond Strength after volatilization with air jet heated to 40° C, and 10 to evaluation of Bond Strength after volatilization with air ambient temperature (23ºC). The groups are described below: Group 1- volatilization of the silane and Bonding Systems at ambient temperature 23ºC (n=10); Group 2- volatization of Bonding Systems with air jet heated to 40° C and volatilization of the silane with air ambient temperature 23ºC (n=10); Group 3- volatilization of the silane and Bonding Systems with air jet heated to 40° C (n=10) and Group 4- volatilization of Bonding Systems at ambient temperature 23ºC and volatilization of the silane with air jet heated to 40ºC (n=10). After prefabricated fiber posts cementation, will be made fill nucleus on these. The push-out test will be realized at a speed of 0,5mm/min and the values expressed in MPa. The push-out values test from each group, will be tabulated and analyzed for normality. After that, will be held on appropriate statistical analysis. (AU)
