Abstract

In health care to the homeless population and social vulnerability, perceived the continuing need to build devices for qualifying the intervention of technical staff in Public Politic. It stands as a major challenge for the field of Mental Health and the principles of universal and comprehensive care of the Unified Health System. The network is essential in this field, because the Social Assistance is an area with extensive experience working with this population and, in the absence of links between socials and health facilities, it is difficult to ensure continuity of treatment in this population, homeless and undocumented. In order to deepen our knowledge of existing practices in this field, it is proposed to map how the service is performed by agents of the community in Family Health Strategy specializes in the homeless population. We intend to discuss this composition taken by the practices of health promotion, with their specificities and peculiarities, and identify the strengths of both standardization and subjugation, as the emancipator participation inventive and autonomous. The cartography helps us to analyze the discourses, explore the boundaries and map escape routes, where we glimpse other modes of care and life creeping, beyond the power. (AU)
