Abstract Considering the increase in fish production from aquaculture, seeking up foods that are economically viable, environmentally clean and presenting high quality. The tilapia is the most consolidated creations of fish in Brazil and its processing generates large amounts of waste. With the use of this can be obtained silage, which is an ingredient to be incorporated into diets for fish because it has high biological value due to the raw material source and environmental pollutants that would be if it were used as feed. This project will be conducted with two experimental tests that will aim, at first stop the processes of hydrolysis of proteins by neutralization, heating and freezing of acid and fermented silage from two raw materials, waste and offal of tilapia filleting, thus obtain more peptides in addition to chemically analyze and determine the apparent digestibility coefficients of these nutrients obtained. Subsequently, the parameters will be evaluated live performance, nutritional efficiency and histology of juveniles who receive pelleted diets with partial or total replacement of tilapia meal for silage or soy protein isolate, during the growth of the Nile tilapia during 90 days.
