Abstract

The investment of several countries in the development of renewable energy, emit fewer pollutants, and increasing their ability to reuse has become greater from the knowledge of the shortage of fossil fuels in the near future and the environmental consequences of the effectuated. Uma gases by burning alternative are ethanol that can be produced from the fermentation of corn, barley, wheat, sugar beet, and sugar cane. As fermentation of cane sugar has a low cost of raw material and is favored by conditions climate and geography, is the most economically viable source in Brazil. that Biofuel is a result of the fermentation of sugar cane juice and/or molasses sugar by yeasts of the species Saccharomyces cerevisiae. However different strains of this lineage are found throughout the fermentation process implants, being mostly wild strains that invade and dominate dorna process. This project seeks to sort through the amplification of regions polymorphic, a bank of strains stemmed plant of São Luiz and Ourimbah bank yeasts Sugarcane Technology Center (CTC), collected between 2011 and In 2013. These lines will have their DNA extracted and amplified by chain reaction (PCR) with primers designed specifically polymorphic region swallowing the distinction between strains currently used in the manufacturing industry Wild strains of ethanol and allowing these regions by analyzing the unique identification of each strain. This review is of fundamental importance to reducing the redundancy of the seat since the isolates can keep during the harvest season and so are redundantly present in this collection. With the bank cured, these strains can be analyzed in several other project assessments of resistance to stress factors, gene expression analyzes, tests fermentation, and others. In addition, some of these strains may be used immediately for industrial application since they can be better adapted to the strain's process than those currently employed. (AU)
