Abstract

The project proposes a detailed study of the constant problematization of truth in the work of Michel Foucault. To do so, we will seek to develop three central points: (1) as the questioning of truth develops, especially when we think of the movement that goes from archaeological works to the genealogical turn and the consequent development of a "history of true", (2) understand the importance and uniqueness of the resource to the history in Foucault philosophical reflection as a way to distancing the subject of the origin, (3) define Foucault reading and use of modern idea of critique. Thus, we believe it is possible to draw an interpretation of Foucault's thinking that put in the foreground his project of a "critical history of thought." (AU)
