Abstract

The housing problem in Brazil is one of the most serious problems among the social issues of greatest importance in Brazilian municipalities, as well as due to the construction of a new housing policy nationwide. This was composed of a National Housing Policy, National Housing, National Housing Plan and the national campaign of preparing Local Plans for Social Housing at the state and municipal. This study aims to investigate the production of Municipal Plans for Social Housing in São Paulo, with regard to the guidelines and the proposed housing policy and land. The construction of the inventory of production plans municipal housing and its analysis are included in the reading process of transformation of the country, where the ability to supply the urban housing demand was very weak and therefore increasing production of urbanites excluded processes access to land, housing and city were rather strong. To achieve the goal, the student will carry out its activities in three stages of work: knowledge of the subject, defining the sample, case study and analysis, as well as undertake the following activities: weekly meetings between teacher-tutor and student participation in group research which the teacher-adviser belongs. Through this work, the result will be shown examples of Municipal Plans for Social Housing.
