Abstract

The Project is based on Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) methodological procedures including two buildings of the Republican Museum "Itu Convention" and the street "Barão do Itaim" where these facilities are inserted at Itu city, São Paulo, Brazil. From the study, survey and data analysis, it will achieve a diagnostic which aims to improve the usability and the relationship between spaces and users, obtaining a gain in the physical performance of these buildings and urban site , as well as an valorization of the historical, cultural and social character that Itu heritage owns.
