The main goal of this work is to describe the thermal conditions in kitchens in the city of Presidente Prudente, Brazil in order to develop a methodological procedure to estimate, to a first aproximation, the influence of anthropogenic heat released on climatic conditions external to buildings. This research aims to study a fixed source generating heat, industrial kitchens, specifically the changes in energy balance on the facades of buildings containing this anthropogenic heat source in the city of Presidente Prudente, Brazil, in order to analyze the effect this source of heat can have on the urban climate. The studies to be conducted will assist in estimating the energy flux associated with this source in the urban environment in order to invent it along with other anthropogenic sources of the city, besides the natural source of solar diffuse and direct beam. To run the project and analyze the results obtained in this research will be used in addition to inventoried data, information from the database and sensors acquired in the FAPESP project, process n. 11/08520-8, related to the urban thermal comfort in the region of Alta Sorocabana, Brazil.
