Abstract

This applied nature research aims to systematize the pronunciation of regular verbs in Brazilian Portuguese, using a method that includes the analysis of the thematic vowel of verbs, identify its verbal paradigm that defines the suffixes, as well as the alternation of vowel timbre last vowel of the verbal stem. This study will build upon the existing literature on the subject of verbal inflection in Portuguese Brazil (grammar, morphology manual and breviary of verbs) and supported by evaluating data from a corpus of study, CETENFolha. The aim of this research is to achieve results that enable the creation of a tool in Brazilian Portuguese pronunciation of verbal inflections of verbs. (AU)
