This research starts from the theoretical perspective about Diacritics Signals (CARNEIRO DA CUNHA, 1986) and Diacritics Signs (BARTH, 1998), called folklore, and the reframed for the migrants, being Invented Traditions (HOBSBAWN, [1984] 1997) that give then cohesion and coexistence in new contexts. In this direction, looking for the symbol production and the dance's reelaboration between Bolivians and their descendants inside of Corporales San Simón SP-Brasil, folkloric fraternity that exists in São Paulo and also in Bolivia, it looks for understand the acts and the meaning that mediates the migrants society formation in the city. The method of the ethnographic study inscribes, through the writing and the photograph, the symbol and the body expressions, charting the several meaning upon the origin of the fraternity in Bolivia and São Paulo, the origin of the Bolivian folkloric dance, and its reframing in Brazil and the professional profile of the fraternity's members. I wish to verify the hypothesis of San Simón folklore fraternity, using the expression of the dance, to build a cultural agency ( ORTNER, 2007), thereby, to verify which traditional symbols and practices are reformed from the original country to São Paulo for the sociality accomplishment .If the tradition called Bolivian folklore in São Paulo is reinvented in the city: which symbols and practices the fraternity do to construct the permanence and the coexistence in this new context to their social actors?
