The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze, from the "Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida" (PMCMV) in the metropolis of São Paulo, more specifically from the set of buildings "Alameda Aricanduva Sancarlo" and "Spazio SanJonas", both from MRV developer, of the neighborhood "Cidade Líder", East Zone of São Paulo, the specific rhythms of the everyday urban life arising from the contradictory situation that confronts the humans between the acquisition of its "home ownership" and the rhythmic subordination to the rate of payment of their own debts and their charges, at a time naturalization of debt as need arises from the expansion of credit. Thus, the long-term debt of the Program associated with a specific time of the production of space and capital, while carrier fictitious capital, would suggest a new organization of labor exploitation in time and space, administered critically by the worker/resident himself unemployed or at the inconstant state of the informality of the various services. This will be necessary to understand the structural relationships between the production of Brazilian space (Lefebvre, 2006) and critique reproduction of capital, from the creation of a state of emergency - given from the urgency of the crisis of the Brazilian real estate since the IPOs of developers in the stock market between the years 2006 and 2007, the global crisis of 2008 and the housing crisis in the country - necessary for the implementation of PMCMV.
