Abstract

The present research here is part of a researching project named "ENFOB Bauru, Km 0: Set architecture Village officials and Vocational Training Centre", which is part of the bigger project named "ENFOB/Bauru, Km 0", Notice FAPESP/CONDEPHAAT No. 9/2011, Process No. 11/51014-6 and Process CONDEPHAAT No. 12/50041-2, created with the Architecture Researching Group: Theory and Project (GA) of FAAC/UNESP. The research has in it's objectives making an inventory of the Engineers Village of the street Nóbile Di piero No. 34 and No.35 railroads cultural heritage (diverse house's typologies of excellent constructive pattern) of Bauru's city CEFNOB, since the edifications construction, in the beginning of XX century, to the actual moment. Methodology: The research will be developed in four steps: theorist approach; Railroad Northwest of Bauru company's aspects; Inventory of the Engineers Village of the street Nóbile Di piero No. 34 and No. 35 and the guidelines to this patrimony's safeguard. Results: With the documentation: historical, metric, iconographic, completion and conservation state of the residence edifications materials documentation of the defunct EFNOB in Bauru, aims to: I) assist in the process of declaring the assets of EFNOB as heritage, both by the state agency, CONDEPHAAT, as the national IPHAN, II) give conceptual and documentary proposals for studies and projects for restoration and rehabilitation of buildings in the Engineers Village of EFNOB III) to contribute to studies on the residential architecture of CEFNOB IV) subsidize for the protection of conservation areas with the Master Plan of the city of Bauru.
