Abstract

This research project aims to assess, by comparison, is a genetic alteration caused by transgenesis offers some kind of change in the proteome of soybean seeds with some degree of relatedness. This will be grown and analyzed transgenic soybean seeds and non-transgenic (TS1 and NTS1). New seeds coming plants TS1 and NTS1 will be cultivated and analyzed (TS2 and NTS2), and thus to its fourth generation (TS4 and NTS4). The seeds of TS and NTS will be cultivated under identical conditions as the physico-chemical properties. The object of study for the development of this project will be the proteomics, in which stands a better understand of the proteome, in other words, the map of soybean protein. It is intended to focus the study on the identification of proteins by mass spectrometry (MALDI-QTOF) after a previous stage of the separation by two-dimensional differential gel electrophoresis (2D-DIGE).
