Soybean is one of the most important crops in Brazil, it is known that culture has a yield potential than national average. However a number of disease has been limiting crop yield potential. The Red Root Rot has frequently been found in commercial crops of nematodes and root lesions (Pratylenchus brachyurus) and gall formers (Meloidogyne javanica) also. Therefore in the present project proposes to study the effect of interaction between Fusarium tucumaniae causal agent of PVR and the nematode and root lesions forming galls.
