In recent working of our research group was observed that the fluoride (F) provoked alterations in the standard of droplets lipid in liver of rats treated with diet AIN-93M.Posteriorly it was found that this diet has a high value caloric and can cause alterations in the metabolism of lipid, taking the accumulation of fat hepatic. Immediately becomes importante the action verification of F about the profile lipidic plasmatic when administered with diet balanced, in order to verify the real action of this ion on lipid metabolism. So, the object about this work is analysis alterations of profile lipid of rats subjected to chronic exposure to F administered by two different periods of treatment through drinking water. Will be used for that 36 rats Wistar males with 21 days, that will be divided in 6 groups ( n=6 animals for group), according to dose of F to be administered via drinking water [0mg/L ( control), 15 mg/L, or 50 mg/L] and the time of treatment (20 or 60 days). After the experimental period, the animals will be anesthetized the liver and the blood collected. Analisys of F will be done in the plasm and hepatic tissue with the specific ion electrode, after Hexamethyldisiloxane-Facilitated diffusion. Analyzes of HDL, Total Cholesterol, LDL and triglycerides in the plasma of animals will be made. After verification of normality and homoscedasticity of the data, the same be Subjected to appropriate statistical analysis (p <0.05).
