Abstract

This scientific initiation project aims to realize a case study on a major company from the electrical and electronics industry in the region of Campinas, seeking to analyze the organization of the productive process, the sexual division of labor and the work conditions. These issues will be analyzed to situate the present contradictions of the labor in Brazil, considering the recent processes of productive restructuring in this industry and the gender dimension as fundamental aspects.
