Abstract

Aiming to be a deepening of theoretical knowledge about discourse analysis and acquisition of technical knowledge about the computer program that uses corpus analysis as political discourse - Textopol - this project aims to demonstrate the need to seek contributions coming an internship at an institution abroad. To this end this project is linked to the regular doctoral scholarship (Process 2013/12814-2) project, developed in Brazil. In this new venture are requested approval twelve-month traineeship at the University Sorbonne Nouvelle - Paris IV , located in Paris (France), under the supervision of Professor Dominique Maingueneau. For development work, aim specifically to: a) determine to what extent the presence of a feminine discourse (re)produced in utterances of presidents engenders a new kind of political discourse; b) broaden and deepen the theoretical and methodological studies on the discursive ethos; c) aggregating Textopol the analytical device program, checking new possibilities for analysis. Considering these goals, we believe that the interest of perfection stage abroad with that teacher would be relevant and justifiable since he is responsible for pointing out some trends of contemporary theories on discourse analysis, particularly the concept of discursive ethos. The scientific work of this proposal is also justified by the possibility of adding Textopol program in the analyzes and subsequently share the contributions of the use of this tool through publications and participation in study groups in Brazil.
