Abstract

In a social group circulate ideas and concepts that they go through their processes of preparation between individuals as a form of acceptance and comfort. At school this is also true as some of his own issues to deal with this space also generates particular forms of interpretation. The school spent the past 20 years changes that gave centrality to issues such as inclusion, the teaching profession and management, highlighting the image of an inclusive and democratic school. This work aims to investigate which social representations of inclusion, teacher training and management of teachers and managers in a primary school - cycle I. In collecting data, a documentary study of the political pedagogical project that will be done to analyze ideas about the inclusive movement because this document is considered an ideal way to harness the philosophy and work at school. Also the technique of focus groups will be used in order to obtain elements of participants' speech and dialogue, considering the specificities and differences. The content of the discussion with the groups will have their analysis grounded by the theory of social representations; regarding the political pedagogical project, a documentary analysis will be performed. Both analyzes will be taken in the light of contemporary educational policies. Prove to there, for us, what really stands as inclusion policy, teacher training and management in this space. (AU)
