The recent expansion of consumption in the contemporary period, which covers increasingly the population of lower purchasing power, has unleashed a reconfiguration of the relationship between urban economic circuits, whereas the lower circuit agents must adapt to the presence of a superior circuit which imposes a series of norms, in addition to a strongly unequal competition, whereas the small and medium traders can't afford to offer interesting fundingor loyalty programs for consumers, as the major networks and shops do. Thus, enlargement of consumption is directly related to the advancement of society creditization, i.e. access to credit cards, debit cards and stores is growing. Taking into consideration these premises, the present research will take as territorial clipping the cities of Presidente Prudente (SP) and Londrina (PR), which will seek to identify the means that have been offered to achieve consumption in magazines located in these cities in order to assess the strategies adopted by these commercial enterprises in their locational choices and actions for loyalty of its consumers and expansion of the use of credit as payment.
