Abstract

In order to develop a simulation model for egg production and prediction of nutritional requirements of commercial and broiler breeder hens, several studies will be carried out based on systematic review and modeling. The project will be divided into four stages: (i) creation of the database and the estimated coefficients of the factorial model; (ii) development of two egg production prediction models, one for laying hens and one for broiler breeders; (iii) development of simulation models for laying hens and broiler breeders; (iv) development and inclusion of sub-models to correct for externalities on the intake and assessment and validation of complete models. Finally, it is expected to generate a computational model to be incorporated into the Avinesp software.
