Abstract: This plan aims to: (i) systematize and analyze the information available in the thematic project and in the literature to generate parameters and equations that will describe the nutrient partitioning for different components (deposition of protein, lipid and minerals); (ii) develop a prediction model of the requirements in energy and amino acids for tilapia and pacu. The parameters and equations will be estimated using data obtained from the experiments already conducted in the Aquaculture Center of UNESP and obtained in the thematic project. During the development of the model and validation four steps will be followed: (1) identify the variables of input (independent) and output (dependents), taking into account the objectives of each model (tilapia and pacu); (2) establishment of the structure of different mathematical relationships that will compose the model; (3) evaluation of the model. The information generated in this proposal are fundamental to implement and optimize the data generated to date by the thematic project and the available literature. As a product of this project is expected to develop a model to predict the nutritional requirements of tilapia and pacu in an electronic spreadsheet.
