Abstract

For this project humor is assumed as a discursive field: i.e., possessing its own specific functioning rules, as well its own discursive genres. Therefore, this project has the objective of analysing one of its specific discursive genres, the "desnotícia", found mainly online. The corpus of the project will be constituted only by The Piauí Herald's desnotícias, a blog for Piauí, an online magazine. The analyses will be based on the French Discourse Analysis theory, along with others discourse theorists and some psychoanalysis concepts. The main focus of the analyses will be the function of the discursive memory and how it is articulated, by the allusion of events, in the humoristics statements formulated in the genre desnotícia.
