Abstract

This paper aims to discuss the relationship established between an individual and a strategic organization taking into account the interrelations regarding the crisis in the socio-hypermodern symbolic fabric, the transcendence of self and managerial power. Such a discussion will be carried out in the light of the Psychsociological reference of French inspiration, aiming to interview ten (10) workers who belong to various age groups, occupying identical managerial positions in different organisations in some key areas of Sao Paulo Metropolitan area (RMSP). In such locations the elucidations proposed hereby requires a critical reading of the current statutes related to employment relations in the RMSP. Furthermore, it is important to make possible the problematisation of the worker's position and action capabilities, whislt on the one hand, an individual who desires and one who seeks the subjective emancipation through work. On the other hand, whilst a crystalized individual who can be controlled by an ideological alienation and the absence of critical judgment.
