Abstract

This project analyzes the profile of bureaucrats in the agencies named above. It investigates how political appointments are filled and how this process influences the relationship between the Executive and the Legislative branches of each state. Specifically, it analyzes how public servants who belong to civil service careers obtain political appointments in the Economic Policy Cabinets of Piauí and São Paulo.
