Abstract

The productive capital restructuring has changed the geographical dynamics of capitalism, generating many reflexes on territorial work division. The consequences at countryside are the advance of monocultures for agrofuel production, linked to global energy market, politics of sustainable development and class interests on state apparatus. Its assessed Latin America as an ideal region for this kind of development, according as big land extensions of producing soils, hydric availability (superficial and aquifer), and infrastructure. In these field, Brazil and Colombia are highlighted two of the countries with a big territorialization of those processes. Facing this, this research has as general purpose understand the expansion of agrohidrobussines of agrofuels in two areas of those countries, the Pontal of Paranapanema at Sao Paulo State (Brazil), and the Meta Department (Colombia), and their unfolding for mobility and subjectivity capture of young work force. The methodological procedures built to elucidate the research, are grounded in qualitative methodology, conceiving the differences between both territories as dialectic expressions of unequal development. The questionings are inscribed in three axes: a) The growth of agrofuels at these countries, to unravel the forms of territorial division of labour, b) the scales and temporalities of mobility of young people labour force for plantations, and in agrofuel processing units, c) the management and control ways anchored on the subjectivity capture and the forms or resistance and struggle as reflex of (un)belonging class processes.Facing this, this research has as general purpose understand the expansion of agrohidrobussines of agrofuels in two areas of those countries, the Pontal of Paranapanema at Sao Paulo State (Brazil), and the Meta Department (Colombia), and their unfolding for mobility and subjectivity capture of young work force.
