Abstract

The work aims to adapt the spiritual Anamnesis developed by the Health, Spirituality and Religiosity program used in the clinic context, for a scale. Will be conducted psychometric analyzes of reliability and validity of this new instrument, in order to extend its use, promote standarization in data collection and use in scientific research.
