Abstract

Our group has expression cassetes containing - inducible promoter AIPC and the ipt gene, involved in the biosynthesis of cytokinins , cloned into separate vectors. The aim of this work is to construct an expression cassette containing the ipt gene under the control of stress - inducible promoter AIPC . The vector constructed here will be used in equimolar concentrations to vectors pEmuKN which contains the geneticin resistance gene , to co- bombardment of embryogenic callus Urochloa Brizantha .
