Abstract

During the development of a new aircraft many analyses are requires by the certification agency. Among this analyses, the aeroelasticity stability verifications constitutes a relevance field , with requirements that can affect all actuators project on the control surfaces, total mass of the aircraft, and some cases the restricting the envelope of flight. On this mean, flutter analyses are an extreme important topic. This search intends to study the flutter problem to a typical section with three-freedom degree. It will be use the representation on the Space of States to describe the system and the Theodorsen for the translation, pitching and rotation of the control surface. The aerodynamics forces are script on the time dominium using the technique of approximation by rational functions called Method of Roger (Least Squares Method). The velocity of flutter will discovered by the eigenvalue of aerolastic dynamic matrix. The response of the aeroelastic system, for different points of the envelope of flight, will be obtained by the temporal integration for different initial conditions. For this case, the forth order Runge-Kutta Method will be previously study to enable the numeric integration of aeroelastic model. For all steps of the work will be implemented algorism using the open source software OCTAVE. (AU)
