The objective of this study is to survey the implant survival rate through chart analysis of patients Anomalies Craniofacial Hospital - USP undergoing implant placement in the areas of fissure. Through the data collected from medical records will be made implants of survival time ratio correlated with age and sex of patients, and whether or not bone grafting and time of realization, the implant installation time and their characteristics, the temporary prosthesis installation and final and their characteristics and the date of the last control of the implant.
