Abstract

This project aims to conduct a qualitative study of a case study to develop literacy strategies based on Supplemental Alternative Communication (CAS) as realization of the right of individuals with disabilities to inclusive education. To this end, the pedagogical use of the resources of Assistive Technology (AT) available in open access, as possibilities for the promotion of accessibility will be done. The project aims to effectively follow the design of special education understood as a form organized institutionally to support, complement and supplement the regular education, in order to ensure the education and promote the development of the potential of a learner has special educational needs. From this perspective, specifically, the research proposal aims, through studies that will be conducted in a public school in a resource room, studying the changes and adjustments necessary to the implementation of literacy strategies for school inclusion of a diagnosed child with Worster Drought Syndrome (WDS), carrying a slurred speech and severe impairment fine motor. All this work is based on the socio-historical perspective of Vygotsky and his collaborators, on the development of oral and written language in children, as well as the academic scientific material on the CAS.
