Abstract

This work proposes the development of new routes of synthesis for obtaining and coupling different nanostructures of two-dimensional materials such as graphene and of transition metals dichalcogenides, which have optical/electronic properties suitable for later application in photonic devices. The methods to be used is based on procedures performed both in solution as well as in chemical vapor deposition methods. (AU)
