Abstract

This research project intends to contribute to the construction of a database on state's constitutional amendment process. For the achievement of that purpose, this research will collect data from selected states' constitutional amendments, identifying their content and main themes. To that extent, the analysis will be done by a Constitutional Analysis Methodology (Metodologia de Análise Constitucional - MAC) developed by Couto & Arantes (2006). (AU)
