Abstract

This scientific research project aims to study the verification of the presence of Burnout Syndrome in the nursing teams of the emergency departments of the Regional Hospital of Assis and analyze it from the concept of Winnicott's facilitator environment. Therefore, semi-structured interviews and the application of the MBI-GS - Maslach Burnout Inventory - General Survey will be carried out, so that these instruments allow the identification of symptoms and sources of occupational stress in the participating staff, as well as the establishment of relationships between the characteristics attributed to Burnout Syndrome and the individual and functional differences of the participants.
