Abstract The transition metals dichalcogenides (TMDs) emerge as a new class of bidimensional materials with unique, extremely interesting chemical, electrical, biological and mechanical properties for the development of electrochemical biosensors. It's is highlighted the employment of the Molybdenum Disulfide (MoS2). MoS2 ¬nanosheets can presented both metallic and/or semiconductor character, according to its respective phase (1T and 2H, respectively). In its 2H phase currently being employed in the building of field effects transistors (FET), that, despite of its high electrochemical sensibility for the detection of biological species, they display a high complexity of building and stability. Therefore, this project proposes to evaluate the capacitive properties of films formed with MoS2 nanosheets in its 1T phase (metallic), aiming the development of highly sensitive, stable and with simplified architecture biosensors. | |
