Abstract

Contrary to the progressive promise that began in the post-war period, with the glorious modern years, and which was accentuated in the 1980s and 1990s, with the information revolution, the expansion of communications, the globalization of markets, the flexibilization of Work and productive reorganization, a new era of challenges and threats to workers 'health is emerging, which has degenerated relationships between peers and subordinates and hierarchies, denigrating working environments and accentuating workers' suffering acutely. In Brazil, Mental and Behavioral Disorders related to Work (TMCRT), have shown a steady growth and have moved away from the work more and more workers. Despite this evidence, there are not many theoretical-practical models that attempt to explain and operate the relationship between mental suffering and work. The Psychodynamics of Work (PDT) or Clinic of Work provides conceptual and methodological tools necessary for research on suffering at work and the transformation of work organization. However, the number of publications in Brazil that describe the technical and theoretical aspects of the work process in the work clinic is small, and the details about the conduct and therapeutic strategies are scarce. This is the meaning of the present project: the appropriation and the management of concepts and methodologies that instrumentalize actions in work-related mental health that are feasible and transformative, enabling the conjunction of efforts of the individual intelligences in order to compose and operate collective intelligence, Aiming at the exercise of deontic activity, sublimation and emancipation. The goal is to determine what we can change in the way we plan and conduct the clinical actions of the work we have been doing so that we can activate and increase its political power. The research will be overseen by Christophe Dejours, creator of psychodynamics and work clinic. The return to the source is necessary, since the clinic of the work is first of all, a practical office, whose learning of the clinic is done in the contact with the other. In a first step, the researcher will systematically review the specialized databases in France, comparing it with the national publications. In a second step, the researcher will study in depth the concepts, the management during the practice, when they are developing an action in psychodynamics or in the clinic of work. It is intended to study, in depth, what the French precursors have done, in contrast to the teams of Brazilian researchers who are active in the country, and also to evaluate and critically review what I have managed to produce in my work context today, as a researcher, Coordinator of a research laboratory, supervisor of scientific initiation and master's degree, supervisor of internship and teacher, to be able to produce an effective answer to the problems related to the mental health related to the work, from the mobilization of the forces of collective resistance that can be catalyzed by actions in psychodynamics of work. The project provides for a small field survey (probably observational), about the consultations and information offered in the network of the association Suffering at work, in order to investigate what services and treatments are available, in order to have elements for the Mobilization of a similar network in Brazil.
