Abstract Basic concepts of Algebraic Topology are extremely important for developing scientific research on Topology of Singular Sets. An important concept, very utilized presently, is Intersection Homology. This concept is rarely studied by early graduate students, for these students don't have a very deep understanding on basic topics of Algebraic Topology. Aiming to give a basis to study more abstract concepts, we present a project based on Algebraic Topology's main tools, needed for these studies. | |
