Abstract

The student will have to carry out the following activities:1)Survey of the number of cases of leptospirosis in Greater São Paulo in the last 10 years, with the authorities of the Control of Zoonoses2) Interview with scientists working with leptospirosis to explain their work to the general population;3) Preparation and dissemination of leaflets explaining to the general population the main symptoms of leptospirosis and how to avoid this infection. These leaflets should be delivered to residents of higher risk areas;4) Dissemination on the disease in social networks to reach a greater number of individuals. Creation of a video about the disease to make it available on Youtube;5) Poster preparation and posting on local train and subway stations and wagons, alerting you to the disease.6) Preparation of journalistic text about the disease to be referred to the press.
