Abstract

Kinetic analysis from microorganisms cultivation is important for process optimization. In this project, cultures of different recombinant strains of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii microalgae will be carried out in different light intensities, in Erlenmeyer flasks and photobioreactor. For each culture, the concentration of the lipids and total proteins, as well as the accumulation of recombinant proteins (Western Blotting), will be evaluated, as well as cell concentration (mg/L) and cell productivity (mg/L/day) will be calculated.
