This project aims to analyze the processes and dynamics of Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRIs) in cities in the interior of São Paulo, seeking to understand their general dynamics and the understanding of their intra-urban specialization processes, using as primary source the primary emissions data produced by the Caixa Econômica Federal from the first, in the year 2002, until the last one available, in the year 2015. The territorial cut-off is limited to the cities of Bauru, Presidente Prudente and São José do Rio Preto, which will make it possible to value the articulation of scales present in the real estate financialisation processes insofar as CRIs, as an instrument of the financial system, always based on the global scales of capital appreciation will also be analyzed based on the characteristics of the markets and real estate dynamics of each city. These, in turn, will be considered from data and information about the characteristics of real estate offers in different areas/neighborhoods, especially in relation to urban land, the location of their offers and their prices, seeking to understand their real estate dynamics. The articulation between geographic scales of processes, the focus on urban land and the understanding of the historical processes of the production of the urban space direct the methodological formulation of the research, at the same time in its theoretical dimension and of the methodological procedures, valuing the analysis of non-realities metropolitan.
